Like the title says, what's my best most reliable route to take? I have twin pumps but the new class rules won't allow them next year. What's the most reliable pump that can handle big tunes with 100% injectors? Lookin to make around 800hp..

Thanks, Dylan

So the 12mm Exergy has proven to be the most reliable modded CP3 of them all? More so than the Exergy 10mm and the Floor-It Diesel pumps?

My second floor it (which is 2 years old) is holding 25-26k on 60 overs with a big tune. My first lasted 2 weeks. The exergy pumps are working as singles in a mid 800 horse class

Even Exergy pumps have failures... 10mm or 12mm, maybe just not as often as some others. Ive personally seen more than one 12mm heading back for warranty

Mount it where the "dual cp3" normally goes and delete the one in the valley and then it'll be much easier to service when required. :thumb:

Its too bad that the modded single pumps havent proven 100% reliable yet. I know its easy/cheap/no-brainer to do dual CP3's, but far down the road if/when I do a mild build, Im only looking to have the HP to run a high 11 at street weight...without the long belt, clutter, and complication of dual CP3's.

I've had the same wicked pumps on the race truck for 4 seasons of a lot of racing and still holding perfect pressures on large injectors. I'm running one wicked on the Hell Camino with big injectors but the verdict is still out as I don't have much data or time on it yet.

For 100 overs you would be better off with the 12mm over the 10mm exergy pump. Who has had a 12mm exergy pump fail? I have two trucks running around with them (maybe 10k miles or so on each) and so far so good!
