I could not find this over here, I grabbed the last updated list I could find at the DP.

Last Friday I ran my stock LBZ at Lebanon, NY and ran two of my fastest so far. This is with a plow frame on the truck and just the gate and spare dropped for weight reduction.

12.525 at 106.60 mph and backed it up with a 12.525 at 107.07 mph.

I have updated the list.

;)

Stock means no aftermarket turbo's, no modified stock turbo's ( like the Fleece Cheetah ), no dual fueler's, no oversized injectors, no N20 on the runs.

Built transmissions, lift pumps, exhaust, aftermarket intakes are acceptable, weight reduction as well as traction aided devices like Caltracs are also considered OK.

Hope that clears it up.

Is this ok?

How about this for "rules":

Stock turbo (no cheetah-type chargers or twins)
Stock engine (heads, shortblock, cam, etc)
Single stock Cp3 (modded regulators allowed)
Fuel only. No Nitrous/propane/water-meth etc
Stock body truck.

Anything else goes. You can mix stock parts between engine models.

It'll never be fully agreed upon.

I can agree on that. in my mind that is stock.

If your going to allow bigger injectors then you should be able port the heads. Accomplishes the same thing, stock part enlarged for more flow.

A built short block should be allowed as long as it maintains the stock bore & stroke.

Ported heads on a stock turbo truck I wouldn't think would get you much of anything being its forced induction. Still don't really see why bigger injectors are such a big deal?? I guess other than the reason most won't do them. Your still restricted with air flow with a stock turbo. As long as the the turbo remains stock and everything inside the motor(camshaft) remains stock then really everthing else is bolt ons. Here's the thing, is everyone going to be honest? I mean Tom could have been quiet about his build and no one would have known he had bigger injectors. Then could have said his old motor was really tired and the fresh one runs that much better lol.

The only legitimate complaint I can see anyone raise about Tom's motor is the pistons aren't stock anymore.

shouldnt it be stock everything? to be considered stock just with a tune/exhaust/intake and i think thats even pushing the stock envelope
