I wonder if its because it's regurgitating and choking on its own exhaust causing the rings don't seal properly and oil consumption occures?
On ~50k oil change interval??1 gallon in 15k isn't bad
Ideally it would be noneOn ~50k oil change interval??
~12gl system.. X15.. 1gl goes from full to add mark.Ideally it would be none
But a gallon of oil really isn't that much for an engine that size. Are they doing oil samples?

No samples taking that I'm aware of
My ‘01 Camaro held 5.5q, always just threw in 6 cause it was going to burn it anyways. In the gas world, 1 quart for every 3k miles is considered normal consumption these days. Low ring tension for ya
Definitely apples to oranges though

I'm with you Tom. I hate AI. It should all be terminated with prejudice.Everything about AI creeps me out.
That helps explain the ball in hand of my first AI image.. I'd totally forgot about TRON. Man I dropped some coins on the arcade release back in the day.Shoot, at quick glance thought you where going to nerd out on the new Tron Aries movie that's coming out later this year.

Last one reminds me of speed racer
It's just Google Algos 2025 tied to an 1997 IRC bot.. Normally I'd be the one ranting all about it, but so for, not impressed.. What it is good at is coding, reverse engineering, and comparing thousands of images very quickly. But ya gotta train it to not pee on the floor first. Without training, my dog is way smarter.. But with good training, it can sniff out things most humans would miss.Everything about AI creeps me out.
Good thing it's not a self driving semi truck?Yep. And Google still says the last one is laying in my dining room.
If the modern technology can't even find a cell phone, what the heck good is it?? LOL

I saw a statistic few days ago on Tesla autopilot engaged crashes 2024. Issue there is good example of failure in AI technology. While a modern computer can sort thousands of images per second, it needs to compare multiples at a time, to known images, and make instant friend or foe decisions. The lack of secondary sensors, such as LIDAR, allows all TESLA cameras to fail the cruital wile e coyote test..Good thing it's not a self driving semi truck?
