Working on setting the jib crane. Column and rotating head are set. Need a coupe extra set of hands for the trolley beam. Both of my sons are coming over tonight, hopefully we can get that hung and secure.

Had someone on the TDI forum ask if I can make more of the carbide rillers for the CP4. He wanted to purchase 6x of them from me. So I got out my diamond tooling and popped these out

Cut them from longer rods. Domed the polished the ends. Used 1 micron diamond paste to do the polishing. Green rouge does nothing to these.

These are used to replace the steel roller in the CP4 shoe. The piston can still twist in the bore but hopefully it won't fail as badly as it does here when it happens.

This might be the strangest item to fabricate, but I learned so much doing it! My friend asked me to make solid handles for his arm wrestling table. I turned 1” aluminum, drilled and tapped for a stud at the bottom, knurled the grip surface, and radiused the top to smooth it over. A mere 8hrs later and I finished last night. Lmao.
