Hell no, just turned 39 lol
Probably is a Lost cause, and even if you do get it thrown out, insurance will still go up, and safety will say it's still you're fault??Going to traffic court this morning. First ticket in 38 years. Failure to use tirn signal when changing lane. We will see how it comes out. I was cut off and moved over abruptly to keep from hitting the guy who cut me off. I have the video from my semi to show. Probably a lost cause.
They/Michigan gave me a ticket for truck in an illegal lane(#1 on a 3 lane) for going around 2 slow moving vehicle in lane 2 and 3 in low visibility.. basically caught me after I got around dangerously unnecessarily slow vehicles in the wrong lanes..The police actually gave a ticket for that? Only way I can see them charging you is if you hit someone or caused an accident behind you. If you have video, IMO you have a strong case against it. Good luck.
Michigan and Ohio love pulling oversize loads over in areas with little to no been especially construction zones over in this side of the stateI was at a restaurant having lunch and saw a couple highway patrol officers come in and asked one about trucks in the number one number two lanes with four lanes on the freeway. I said why don't you pull them over? They're constricting the traffic by being over in those two lanes and I actually once saw a wife or girlfriend she was looking out the passenger window and looking back for the CHP officers. He said a lot of the times there aren't safe areas to pull the trucks over and it can cause more of a problem and cause the traffic to get worse with them trying to pull the rig over.

I read that somewhere this morning. Sounds like they have imagery of the engine departing the wing. Crazy that it's still a problem. You'd think maintenance crews would follow the instructions to a T after the crash in 79.Not sure if any of you were following the UPS plane crash, but the NTSB came out with a report recently.
