Seams Zeldin is about deregulate EPA big time

The Supreme Court already ruled that the EPA could not shut down existing power plants under that as there was no new technology to replace what already exist. The Dumb assery in CA has been trying to shut down the gas and the remaining Nuclear power plant here.

Last I heard all the power plants in CA received renewal permits through 2029.

Ironically the Diablo Nuclear power plant provides up to 10% of California's power...

The San onofre Power plant is permanently shut down and being decommissioned.
