So Cal.
I'm only going this route because my stocker is absolutely a POS. holds an amazing 10k psi lol sometimes dropping as low as 8k.
When I get dual fuelers, ill put a stock one in it's place and the modded one out on top for ease of service.

I am not holding rail pressure now with my 45% over injectors and am trying to figure what route I want to go. Currently I am running a MITUSA lift pump so running dual cp3's would require a different lift pump or some fab work. I would rather go with dual stock pumps right now instead of digging out my stock one to throw in a modded pump.

yeah, It's my boss's 85% pump off his CR dodge. I installed it and within a few weeks it was weeping out the bottom plug. I'm sure if I sent it to II myself they would say it was due to having a DR performance pressure box and a Smarty program in it, so they would charge me through the nose. Should I send the pump to you? You can pm me or text me the details if youd like.

Thanks Henry

yep, the bridge sucks with that coolant pipe in the way on the vvt turbos...

The coolant pipe coming out of the radiator into the t-stat housing? Or the one for the charger?

I was able to pull mine some what easily. Took a LOONG extension and a swivel to get the back two bolts loose... But didn't have to remove anything other than getting the wiring harness out of the way.

Also... Is there a good write up on pulling the cp3 on an LLY? I've found a couple. They wernt all that great though.

Ok. Well here is my update... II keeps giving the run around about having cores and not having cores. They wanted me to send my current one to them first. Which can't happen bc it's my dd. So Ryan and I have said F-it.

Now I'm just going for the brand new modded CP3 route since they say they have new ones, just no cores. They agreed to 2nd day air it to me. But I still have to pay ~$300 more for the new one.

But get this... THEY STILL WANT MY CORE! wtf? That just doesn't make sense to me. Why do they need my core if I'm just getting a brand new pump? I'm not taking one of their rebuilt cores. So I'm not going to be taking from their supply.

Also, they want cores from people buying reman pumps. I understand this. They say that people have not been returning their cores and that's why they don't have any. But they charge an extra $400? To the guys that fail to return the old one. My guess is that money they charge, is supposed to go towards restocking their supply of cores. That way when their customers order a pump, there is a short turn around. To me, it sounds like they are spending the money elsewhere. Thus customer satisfaction is lacking.

Does anyone agree with my viewpoint on this? I'm not a business owner. Or know anything about owning one. But from my understanding, they are not doing something right.

When they buy the pumps new there is a core charged to them so that gets passed on to you. When they restock on there own they do not buy used cp3 pumps to mod they buy new ones like your getting now. So the money does in return go into restocking just not on ones to be R&R from old core pumps.

Oh ok. Now I'm following. I couldn't figure out why they would want it. But now I understand. Thanks
