Hello, anyone have a source for the o-rings for an HSP compound kit? Apparently they no longer do.

lol!
4.133 outside
4.088 inside

I guess I don’t have the thickness in my phone, I will need to check that. Flat not round.

I don't recall ever seeing a square cut o-ring in an HSP kit. Are you sure it isn't just flattened with time and heat exposure?

Also, with an OD of 4.133 and an ID of 4.088, that would give you a cross sectional width of .0225 which is incredibly small. You sure about those dimensions? Where is this o-ring going? Is it on the flange that seals the cold pipe to the inlet of the stock turbo?

That’s possible, the one at the extra turbo is round. I will look at it closer, I’m pretty sure it was flat. Someone else worked on the truck, maybe he changed it on me. If so it didn’t hold up well at all.

Yes, I didn’t take those two myself, so I will double check them. Thank you!

You are correct, thank you!

Inside is 3.85.

I think you are correct about the o-ring being round. The one at the 480 is round, I had someone work on the truck, maybe they swapped it. It didn’t hold up well, it’s definitely a flat o-ring.

So the o-ring store has a $10 minimum, and their prices are very reasonable. Which is very reasonable considering some sources.

Does anyone know what o-ring goes on the radiator for the LBZ? And maybe the intercooler? Figure I may as well get some spares, that I probably won’t be able to find when I need them!

Supposedly the lower Rad Hose could have 2 different sizes.

Smaller sized one is a 226 size 70 durometer red o-ring .139 cross section
The Larger fatter is a 329 size 70 durometer red o-ring .21 cross section

On the cold side pipe, I'm not sure of the size. All I could find was the part number GM 19121496. Takes qty2. - 1 on top & 1 on bottom.
