Sorry to hear that sweetdiesel, i had a yellow lab that i had for 15.5yrs. One of the best things ill ever be around in my lifetime. I miss him everyday. Sounds like yours has had a very good life to.

man seeing all thease dogs makes me miss mine he was a shar pei and mastiff mix named diesel and the old ladys was a lab and pit mix named chevy bolth were great dogs but had to get rid of them because they would escape the yard all the time and tear up everything when i buy a house and have real space to have dogs i would like to get a mastiff :hug:now thats a lap dog hahaha

Switches, Lab/Chow mix, who has been my best friend since the day he was born. Best dog I've ever seen. His dad was a big, black Chow named Chevy.

And his old lady, Sativa, full Pit. You really can't separate these two dogs.

They really are family. I can't even think about them getting older and being gone, I just put it out of my mind.

so sorry to hear that man, I read that quote that was posted on your photo...had me crying like a baby! I love my dog as Im sure you do too. :hug:
That first photo you posted of him was back in 09 when you said he was feeling ill and he stayed with you 4 more years! i wish you the best, let me know if theres anything i can do..

This is my dog Brady. She is a 4 year old black lab. The dog is good as gold.

Heres a picture of Fred, our new baset hound. Shes about 4 mobth old now.

Named her fred after the one in smokey and the bandit. Plus I have the same truck as snowman too.

Shes a terrorist.

I am so sorry Simon thats the worst,they are such loyal companions,true friends and love you unconditionally just they way we are.I get way to attached but i think we all do really.My heart goes out to you and Gibson my friend.

And to anyone else love your pets as much as you can, when they pass on you will miss them terriblly.
