Sorry to break yours guy's thread (again) lol, but do you any of you guys have a specific place/person that you would recommend to possibly get SS 100% overs for my LML. Looking for a Christmas gift for myself.

TX of course
We tried to have kids at a younger age (22wife/24me). Took us 7 years and we spent $60,000 on infertility/adoption before we had our first. Second one came 3 years and $30,000 later. I'll be 51 when my daughter is out of the house(maybe) and my son we depend on us for care for the rest of his life. We had a little scare a few weeks ago we might be having a 3rd, but it would have been a freebie. lol

I'm down for grand kids just not too soon. Maybe being home schooled will help make sure it doesn't happen to soon.

My brother had his youngest at 42 you will be fine. Older parents are way more calm than the younger ones bc of your life expirence. It’s a trade off, have then young and you get to watch them grow up longer but struggle with expirence to share with them (you grow up together) vs having them older you have lived life and have a better understanding of what it takes to operate as an adult. Which allows you to be a better parents, only tradeoff is physical limits and time limits, that’s why I got in better physical shape than I was in high school once my buddy came along. I wanted to at least be able to best him for a little while. Lol…

Congratulations! Best thing that will ever happen to you!

swapped out stock hitch on my 2500 suburban. Should have gotten the 2.5" version but didn't know about it at the time...seams those are hard to come by now.
For those with suburbans that might be interested. Need to drill the 2-4 holes for the furthest forward part.
2" is 41930
2.5 is 45515/45715IMG_20231217_164757132.jpg

Sister likes cooking and has 5 kids 4 boys and a girl. She let me know she mailed me some cookies
Oatmeal raisin
Ginger snap/molasse
Monster cookies And banana muffins

After BSing, Said she's due for new sealable mixing bowls and a lot have gone "missing" probably due to my nephews

And the 4qt bowls where getting kinda "small".

Found these, bought two sets. With sealable 8qt bowls..I don't think my brother in law will be upset enabling my sister in such a manner 🤣

We had our family Christmas today, and the kids got me an autographed Lem Barney jersey! Very very cool!
If you dont know who that is, he was an All-Pro CB for the Lions back in the 70s. One of my favorite players when I was a kid.
He was the first of the three "20s" to have their jerseys retired. Just need Billy Sims to complete the set.

We also celebrated Roni's Bday today, so she got to choose whatever we did. After gifts and dinner, we built gingerbread houses.
She has always wanted to, so we did......and put our own spin on them.

Yep, we're weird.
