I made a post a little over a year ago and still have not been able to find the source, when i get up over 50mph and i coast and barely press on the throttle i get a loud grinding noise but it isnt all the time and sometimes sounds louder or softer i replaced u-joints, center support bearing...
Okay, transfer case was tore down oil was really dark but i couldnt see anything really wrong, carrier bearing was shoot i replaced it. The grinding still continues any ideas?
Okay i had a post a while back when i did my injectors, never got to deep into the grinding issue but it got a lot worst. The carrier bearing is shot but i doubt thats what is making my grinding sound what do yall think? This is the liknk for the youtube video...
I have a very small
Leak at the thermostat where i didnt replace them since they were already new so i and going to get new seals for that but the coolant level has not changed.
I replaced my injectors on the truck and put it all back together, the coolant light randomly comes and goes as it pleases along with my fuel level from empty to where ever it is at after the replacement.
Okay for the 02 lb7’s im sick of replacing my coolant reservoir. Does anyone know if it is possible to upgrade it to a newer year where there is just a replacable coolant level sensor?
As of roght now i am still chasing this noise, im going to check the parking break and see if it came loose in the wheel?? My parking break barely holds so maybe thats it!
Bosch reman injectors, no i have not tested the balance rates, how would you know it is faiking?? (Have a light grinding noise when i barely press the gas) mahbe thats the tc??, fuel filters new and fine.
I ran out of fuel just under a 1/8 of a tank, 25 gal tank, reason i ran out of fuel mostly is because ny leveler os going out and i have to replace it.
