LB7: Transfer case grinding?

Okay i had a post a while back when i did my injectors, never got to deep into the grinding issue but it got a lot worst. The carrier bearing is shot but i doubt thats what is making my grinding sound what do yall think? This is the liknk for the youtube video.

Okay, transfer case was tore down oil was really dark but i couldnt see anything really wrong, carrier bearing was shoot i replaced it. The grinding still continues any ideas?
