That's plumbed in series and plumbed in parallel.... Both of which I understand the pros/cons
Where's series-parallel diagram for 2 water heaters ?
Not sure what he meant by series - parallel unless he was talking about four or more water heaters. But then again, first in last out works for any number of multiple water heaters

Ha, just noticed even this diagram for parallel is wrong. Water heater #2 has one less 90 elbow then #1. Probably just for illustration purposes. But that little detail makes or brakes the effectiveness. Last elbow on the discharge side. Needs to be straight through from #1

That's absolutely terrible. So at only 6 months or less old are they even doing anything?
The repairs are under warranty, but that doesn’t do much good when it shuts you down for day/s and puts you behind schedule. I spent 2 weeks doing 1/2 our normal production while we did the parts swap game, because we couldn’t figure out what was wrong with 1 machine. It puts the dealers in a bad spot. They don’t want us unhappy, but there is only so much they can do. Even if they say the will give us a loaner machine. It takes a day or so to get it to the job site.

Almost everyone I know of around here has deleted their pickup/semi. A lot of guys deleting equipment too. Back went we still had supply chain issues after Covid we had a machine down for 6 months or more. It was so long we almost forgot about it. Finally the developer’s lawyers sent us a letter they would be charging us a daily fee for storing it on their property. The dealer had to go out there and basically disassemble it to wench it up on a low boy and store it at their yard.

When I was a teenager and I was into building models. I built a Kenworth cab over that resembled the rig from the TV show "BJ and the Bear." Just liked the looks of those rigs.
