Hello. I saw your post about the allison yoke "They do make a 1480 that is what I ran when I was using the Allison. The Allison I used was from a Workhorse bus and came with the 1480 yoke"
If you dont mind me asking would you know the part number? I am working on a 72c30 with a dmax and allison.

Looking for Transmission help, 03 LB7 2500HD 4x4. Driving home last week and the truck jerked a couple of time, got home and pull a PO735 Code, 5th Gear incorrect ratio. I have put all new input and output sensors in the tranny, also new vehicle speed sensor in the transfer case, noticed while under truck the rear output seal had a leak, transfer case fluid low, little over a quart low, drained old transfer case fluid, check for metal fillings none found, filled it back up with 2 quarts. Now when the truck gets to 5th gear it slips and makes a slipping noise and the speedometer is still running at a stop. If I'm driving and it slips I can ease of the throttle and it will re engage gear again, any help would be gratefully appreciated .
I have a 2005 GMC C5500 Duramax LLY. Running fine and now it is throwing a code P0193 Changed the Fuel Rail Pressure Sensor. No Luck. Is it possible it could be the FICM?
I want to rebuild my stock lbz turbo with a couple upgrades. Does anyone know how to get in contact with yellowchevy? I would like to see if he is still rebuilding turbo's and talk to him about my rebuild. Any info would be appreciated.
When u delete the heater plug mount a cheap 12volt off/on toggle switch hook up the power wire to one side then ground it leave it on erase the code with any reader will not thow code again
Hey I seen you did a 1480 swap on a 2wd Allison end yoke, I was wondering if this was the part number (12471684) and is this yoke a 29 spline ? Have a 2008 Chevy Silverado 3500hd 2wd looking to do the 1480 swap if possible.
I am trying to figure out how to post. Why is all this so convoluted? I have 2013 duramax that I changed the thermos because it kept giving me code tempature too low to register or something. Cranked it up, added antifreeze and when it got to 210 it shut off and will not crank. Suggestions?
Hey Brent. Im about to drop an order for quite a bit of stuff. Just had a few questions. Are the gaskets you guys use OEM? I was told the head gaskets are but wasn't sure about the others. Also, got any deals when you spend over so much ? Im looking at spending about 1300 bucks..

Hey I have a stock lly turbo with 10 blade turbine. Saw your thread on doing the 68 wheel. I can order the wheel for like $30 and have a shop balance and machine. Is it worth doing it. I
OBD2 error code P0601 memory module issue. If i disconnect/ reconnect it cranks starts runs, never stalls or dies until you turn key off. To restart you have to repeat the process. tonight I pulled the fuses for the PCM B, CRANK, ETC/ECM, ING E and the DLR turned key to start position twice turned off waited 5 mins replaced the fuses it cranked. I did pull the starter relay and jumped 30 - 86 cranked but no start, swapped relay no crank. Batteries are good even under load. I've checked/tighten the grounds I could find cleaned battery lugs/bolts and connections still issue of no crank. I tested the 3 wire connect on the ignition/key it was fine. Oh by the way this 2005 GMC 2500HD DURAMAX 6.6L TURBO.
