Any of our Teflon kitchen stuff all I use are rubber spatulas or plastic. I never use anything metal to scrape or scratch it.

Same here but eventually they become All-Stick pans. Always have to be careful with cleaning, what cookware you use. Temperature, can't cook too hot, etc. stainless and cast you can overheat, put in the oven, use over a fire, metal utensils are just fine and they can all be restored to factory finish when done. There just more difficult to learn to cook in. Easier to get food stuck to the bottom. But it's not any different then my older Teflon pans.

I want to try out a copper pan with a tin coating for non stick. Apparently tin is pretty good for non stick properties and is easy to restore when the tin wears off or gets damaged.

Same here. I mostly just have one non stick pan now I use for scrambled eggs. Still haven't got the stainless down for stick free eggs. But almost everything else is in stainless or cast. Not that I'm really trying to avoid Teflon, it's just the short life and constant replacement that's is starting to get to me. Stainless and cast are life long investments
I went with stainless as I didn't have to worry about scratching the coating..... Cause lazy/cheap or smart and something lol

No. I see all them on those laughable TC commercials. Nothing screams louder to not purchase something when it's one of those "as seen on TV ads". I don't care how much endorsement a product gets from celebrities, it doesn't work on me.

If I got one for free I'd give it a try

After listening to the vid again... It doesn't sound like Teflon itself is bad, it's the shorter chains that are.. and they're generally a byproduct of sorts
Didn't watch the video but it's my understanding that the real issue is the fluorine thats released from the breakdown of Teflon under higher heat. Teflon by itself is extremely inert and doesn't react with almost anything. Inside the body shouldn't pose much risk. But once again, didn't watch the video

Correct, they do perform some home brew tests on modern products that contain PTFE to see how much it infiltrates the food and beverage.

Heat or thermal breakdown are part of the equation, but as NCsmokin pointed out 99% is from the manufacturing side and the byproducts getting into the water / soil

Cousin has a AirBNB in the country side.
They've been building last 4-5 years.. uncle asked if I can help move a bunch of concrete slats..
8 at about 1500lbs some 12k on deck...definitely more weight on the rear axle than the concrete block lol
Using them for a raised floor for a 20' round tent.

My Wok is hex clad. Very good i highly recommend.

Being single and just me ..
I've basically have 3 pots/pans, a 5qt skillet, 3qt pot both with integrated lid strainers, and a 10-12" Teflon skillet.
Do have few various mixing bowls though.
Ran across these looking for stuff for my sister (she has 6 kids) so i bought her 2 sets.
Only negative I didn't like is the lip is smooth.. could see trying to hold the bowl while mixing thick stuff and slippery hands..

Still definitely nicer then the stuff I bought myself ?

Couple days ago out on the route, Im waiting to turn right at an intersection. Coming up on my left is a VW Jetta. As he gets closer, I see a freakin' hoodstack! He rounds the corner and romps on it, rolling coal out that stack like an 550hp LB7. I just shook my head and chuckled.
