Trimming down from the fatkid 200lbs in Febuary. Weighing ~185-187 the last few weeks.
Running/pullups/pushups aren't any easier but squat and dead are harder. :(

Did some light back stuff to build my upper back. No deads, doing 400 plus every week is setting in now that I'm finally working on my truck again.

Have any of you guys heard of or tried thrive? I started 2 weeks ago today. So far all my lifts have gone up (squatting 505lbs, benching 315lbs etc...). I've also lost 13 pounds and 5% body fat. I recently started promoting it, for the last 10 years I've been taking pre workout supplements with ingredients that I can't even pronounce and don't know the actual long term affects. So when people would ask what I take to "get so big" I'd have a hard time recommending they take the same stuff. Thrive is 100% natural plant based and best of all it works! It's also a probiotic so my stomach is better than it's been in 10 years and I no longer drink coffee or energy drinks + wake up without an alarm now. It's a great product and le-bel truly takes care of their promoters. If you refer two people (everyone knows atleast two people that want to feel better) you get your supplements for free, commissions are great, you can do it part time making $1,000 a month or you can go all out and make $15k + a month, the more you put in the more you get out of it. They also do a auto bonus for promoters that hit the auto bonus rank (I've seen it happen in less than a month of promoting) $800 towards a luxury vehicle. Let me know if I can set you up with a. Free customer account or get you more information about promoting.

Ive heard of Thrive and think its a bunch of bullshit. Mostly stimulants and nonsensical crap jargon. A good diet will give you the same results.

Deads
Warmup
225x5
315x5
335x2
340x 1
350x1

Box squats
135x10
155x10

BW is still hovering around 148

I paired it with a good diet and have seen huge results. Previous to taking thrive I did have a clean diet (more geared towards gaining size without adding fat). The difference for me when I added thrive and quite drinking pre workout, coffee and protein from gnc or other supplement companies has been huge.

Also prior to two weeks ago I thought and felt the same way. I've been working out hard for 10 years taking pre workout, bcaa, protein and eating mostly clean. I tried it to prove my wife wrong because she wants me to quite using pre workout supplements (not sure long term side affects). To my surprise it's worked excellent.

Went to my neighbors buddies house that's an older power lifter. We benched He spotted me and we did triples in small increments. I out benched everyone starting with empty bar jumping 25 to 30 pounds jumps. hit a double at 335 and then dropped back down to 275 and killed 8. Felt great.

BW plays such a roll with strength. Everytime I drop weight my lifts take a dip.

I agree Chris:thumb: 350 pull is pretty bad ass for a 148er;)

Still no gym for me:( Trying to find a place to rent in Boise until my house sells in Fairbanks hasn't left much gym time. Figure this will force me to let some of my dingers heal up anyway...

I agree the fatter I get the more I can lift. I'm just glad I didn't go to that guys house on squat or deads day. Supposedly he's over 600 on both and hes in his 50s.

Right? Ed Coan squatted 600 right after a hip replacement:spit: I'm nowhere near his age or strength:D

My squat is pathetic, I just make sure I bury it so at least depth looks good:rofl:
