BW is still hovering around 148
BW plays such a roll with strength. Everytime I drop weight my lifts take a dip.Trimming down from the fatkid 200lbs in Febuary. Weighing ~185-187 the last few weeks.
Running/pullups/pushups aren't any easier but squat and dead are harder.![]()

335 double is sweet Jeese congrats.Went to my neighbors buddies house that's an older power lifter. We benched He spotted me and we did triples in small increments. I out benched everyone starting with empty bar jumping 25 to 30 pounds jumps. hit a double at 335 and then dropped back down to 275 and killed 8. Felt great.

I agree the fatter I get the more I can lift. I'm just glad I didn't go to that guys house on squat or deads day. Supposedly he's over 600 on both and hes in his 50s.
