yes my apologies, in will snap one in the morning. what exactly did you want a picture of on the drivers side? im guessing the placard?
no i have kinda a cheap scanner. i will read the truck in the morning and let ya know what codes its throwing. its kinda vague though. wish i had a better one.
Probably the valve cover.

I would guess the e-shift valve is stuck in the valve body. It's a rather common problem and requires valve body removal to fix. Most times you can simply remove the valve, clean the valve body, reassemble, and reinstall to fix the issue, but there are fixes with bore sizing tools, springs, thicker retainers, etc to help solve/prevent the issue. The most important thing to remember is under no circumstances should sand paper be used on any part of the valve or bore. Don't try to polish the valve or anything or you will be buying a new valve and possibly a valve body.
