Larry I just realized LLY are different than lb7s
there is a hose that comes off to the left off the shrader valve,Im thinking its a 12mm or 1/2" hose possible 3/8s but all you you have to do is T into that hose:) I followed it down and it sits around the FICM

I think that would work just fine

Also here is a pic of my filter housing with the o-ring fitting,Carefull not to look at it to hard as it will fall off:rofl:

Clean your motor!!

I like the idea of tapping into the fuel filter base-I may have to try this.

Is this piece trick or what :D

Tony Burkhardt fixed me up a fitting so I can hook my Fuel pressure gauge up to the test port near the alternator.:D

nice. What a novel idea. ;)
Mine's been sitting for about 3 months since I got it from Tony, waiting for my gauge and what not. Hope to have it hooked up soon.

Very simple to do, I sprayed the fitting with PB blasters twice yesterday while the motor was hot and once this morning while it was cold. It instantly broke free with a crescent wrench. The longest part of the install was fishing the wire back from the liftpump and securing th wiring where I wanted it in the motor compartment. Turned the truck on and it works :D

Just a quick run and it doesnt take much throttle to pull the guage down to 5psi :(, it idles at about 7psi...............Before I took it off the Fass it was showing that the Fass was putting out a steady 8-9 psi.

All new filters on the Fass and factory filter. Guess its time for a bigger lift pump, probably will go with the Airdog 150/150:) My current pump is a 4 year old Fass 150/95.

Anybody using this pump, what do ya'll think about it.

I'm using the Airdog 150 and it seems to be doing real well. I have 1 pull that I logged and it maintained a steady 25k. I'm not sure where the low pressure side is at right now. My next step is get a fp gauge so I can watch that also.
