87 of 88 counties are under some level of drought, Clark just issued no open fire ban couple days ago.

I have no idea, haven't researched the shop itself. I'm sure if it's successful it's because he employs competent techs, not his own genius
This station is just one that I see while driving around with this price. The station I fill up is the best price with $4.15. I'm in Ventura county and the stations near me are $4.75-5.19.
Just came back from a fishing trip in Mammoth lakes and filled up for $4.09 in Bishop. Out in the middle of nowhere and it's cheaper.
