In the 'might as well' spirit, we added a Limitless converter and a few other odds and ends. Hoping to have it on the dyno in the next couple weeks.

I ended up going with some 40 over tips on my stock injectors, and had them all flow tested. Can't wait to get behind the wheel again!

Wish it was further, but such is life. I know it's terrible...I don't even have it back yet...but I'm already eyeing a billet 484 to go over top and some 200 overs 
I'm down in San Antonio for some training right now, I need to see if etown or atco will still be open when I get back. If so, should be great boost weather!

Well the wait certainly wasn't my first choice, but such is life sometimes. In the mean time, I picked up a 2011 Cadillac CTS-V to play with. 556 supercharged horsepower from the factory. Plus a pile of parts going on it this weekend, should put me around 630 to the wheels.
Wanna know the sickening part...? I've got more in this build than the car and all the mods. I reckon I'm done with diesel performance after this.
Well...maybe after twins and bigger injectors. And nitrous. And while I'm doing that, I might as well.................

I really like those SS' too. I started out thinking I was going to get another G8, but a GXP this time. Then opened up the search to any make/model of high performance sedan. Even considered some of the AMG and Audi options. Glad I got the V though...absolutely love it, even it stock form, though it didn't stay that way for even 2 weeks after I picked it up ha!

I got a sweet deal from Texas Speed on installation of their headers and X pipe. Bought them in a group buy, then they contacted me and offered install and dyno for $100. Umm...Yes, please! Wanted a local car to test fit some new pieces on.
503 to the wheels with just headers/no cats, and a cold air intake. Giggity!

That thing sounds amazing wide open! I hear ya on the expensive ass diesels. I just bought a Subaru sti for my wife and it will already run 12.8s how I have it set up with a tune and exhaust. I can do a fuel pump and injectors for 500 bucks and run high 11s. I'm at the point now where I have to dump 5k into injectors and cp3 in my truck to gain another 100hp and wait for a blown motor :rofl: something about whooping up on cars in a 7k lbs truck gives me enjoyment though lol. As expensive as it is I don't think I could ever sell my truck but I have no where near as much money into it as some guys
Finally heard mine run last week. Sounds AMAZING with the 68stg2R and the 3388AF cam. Problems with the trans now, so the truck is headed to Limitless next week for a go-through, hopefully be able to drive it home next weekend!

Also got the CTS-V running 600 rwhp now, and once the duramax is finished up and I get to my next training location, I've got a set of ported heads and a big cam that should get me around 700 to the wheels.
Annnnnd I still have more in the duramax ENGINE build than I do in the caddy as a whole. Gahhh
