What you need is a he351 from a 6.7 cummins and use a manual controller or go hytech and use a flees standalone controller.

From what I found on your turbo choice, it will be a horrible choice for reliability. It will be laggy, and produce way to much boost for even a 6.2. Remember you are dealing with 22:1 compression ratio here, not 18:1 or lower like modern diesels run. Keep the boost down to under 12 pounds with a free flowing turbo would be my choice. For a cheap set-up, go with a GM-8 turbo from a 98-00 truck. They pull good up to about 2400 RPM's, but beyond that the turbo becomes to restrictive. Head over the site I linked to as the guys over there are still playing with the old technology and doing mighty well with it. Theres also some turbo talk going on over at DP, but I would take many of there opinions with a grain of salt(unless you want to shorten your rods).

I have an old 6.2, and know a bit about them. Don't know anything about that turbo, though, so I can't say if it will spool or not.

As for boost, I've heard they hold ~12 psi just fine, but anything above that is starting to get risky. Probably depends on how much timing is added (if any). Marine injectors might help it live longer at higher power too.

Also, from what I understand, a hopped up 6.2 still can't hold a candle to a stock duramax. So don't expect it to be some crazy monster or anything... at least not for very long

The WH1C is identical to an HX35W and was the precursor to it for teh CUMMIN's. They like to run boost numbers up around 18-20 even on a 6.2/6.5. Also the 6.2 isn't going to be a powerhouse and EGT's wil lrun high if you turn it up much due to the precups in the 6.2 heads. If you want to be able to push it a little harder, look for a set of 6.5 turbo heads with the larger pre-cup holes in them.

well found the downpipe on summitt and gonna go with the stock intake not gonna mess with the penisular diesel one but some people been telling me to switch to the marine injectors but havent told me what the diffrfence is i was just thinking of just running as it is. i have a new 6.2 block that has 60k on it that was removed due to a broken flexplate and maybee build up it came free with another truck i got i can never just leave well enough alone like i been thinking of a bigger set of turbos for my twins then dual cp3's and bigger injectors then that brings me to having to do rods and so on and then i just get sick of the thought of the amount of money its gonna cost and i forget about it all
