I’m new hear and maybe over stepping my bounds but why do you keep buying pickups if your in debt? Why not drive a beater car and save up and pay cash for a pickup? In my early 20’s I made the decision to change my lifestyle and get out of debt. I sold off everything I had at the time and bought a $500 Buick Park Avenue. I ended up driving that car for 6 years, it sucked but it was the best thing I ever did. With the exception of my house I’ve been debt free ever since.
Same here, no credit period except for mortgage/vehicles, if I buy a new vehicle I will only allow for a max of a 400 dollar payment, used 150. That means I have to save until I hit that mark. It sucks but I can tell you I have never regretted a purchase that I had to save for, knee jerk reactions.... Well that's a different story... :rofl:
Awwwww to be young... i’ll tell you what brings me joy and maybe I can help you for your plans for the future. When my son actually poops once or better yet twice a day. When my kids actually sleep through the night in their own beds. Good luck planning for the future because I can guarantee I never saw those things giving me joy.

Looking to start me a nice family in a few years too dozer. Not too soon tho haha. Those are the kinds of things I’m talking about. Material things yeah they make you happy but they cost a lot and break down and they don’t last. Just looking to better myself so I can be who I know I need to be and grow to be a better man for some little gal in the future.

Summit that’s one of the things I’m talking about. My ex sent me spiraling when she convinced me to sell my lb7 for a truck I knew I was going to hate and be upside down in. The white lbz was a rushed decision but it worked out because I got my money back and my buddy absolutely loves the truck. This one I just bought is gonna stick with me for a long time I hope. And the payment is $250 a month so that’s affordable. Got a little bit of credit card debt to get straightened out. Nothing too crazy like around $10k total. And about 7k is interest free. Not gonna lie I’ve made some horrible financial decisions lately but looking to turn that around.

Nothing wrong with payments if you have the money allocated.
I.E. I just got engaged, and did not buy the ring outright, but I have the money budgeted. I will have to pay more every month, but I feel more comfortable knowing my "emergency fund" has more cash. It's also a lot easier to feel comfortable spending money if you already have your "savings/retirement" set aside every month.

I’m not too afraid of debt like you said as long as money is budgeted for it. Gotta have some kinda credit for the hard times and for houses and such. My credit is pretty good for my age. Was around 760 before the ford fiasco. Now around 720
Anybody know what an almost mint set of PYO wheels with 285 michilen AT that look almost new (75% at least I’d say) are worth?
Area Is probally depend on price. I would say at least $400-$500

Had that covered. 3 times actually :roflmao: gaskets studs pump injectors cups lines bolts... it all was new. I was a complete moron. I only owed 7 grand on the thing.
An LB7 with modern injectors installed correctly is a beautiful thing. Which is why I own two 
The newer engines have their benefits, but I'm a simple man, and I like my LB7s.

So finally got the banks chip that came with the truck shipped to me. Dealer took it off before sale. Think it’s a 6gun? Should I sell or install for now

Guys. I ain’t got time to deal with all these plugs and shit. Christ it looks like a harness exploded. Just need to buy an Autocal and do it right. Maybe can sell it and recover the costs of the autocal?
On another note, someone knew how to sweet talk the old man that owned this truck before me. Overpriced, over rated banks system (exhaust, intake, tuner) and just found out earlier why it rode so horribly. It’s got leveling keys. And they were cranked. So now my bolts are in the passenger floor board. So. Much. Smoother.
