All this looking is making me want to try and sell my LLY and go get an LBZ...
Had a storm front come through last night, from the sounds it was a micro burst making some 60-70mph wind at a full broadside coming out of the South.
Flexed the door to get it to jump the raise concrete block on the between the doors
Used the truck to shove it back enough to get it to open
Got the trailer hooked up, going to pick up some 2*4/2*6*14'ers and 6-8 regular 8'ers
And some of these to tie the inside were it slides along the barn wall when open.
He used to film a lot of videos at that place. Then it just kind of stopped lol. I don’t know if he burns a lot of bridges, or people just really don’t like him or maybe it’s just the nature of the beast when it comes to YouTube creators? Im perfectly fine with what I chose. I had to be honest with myself. Did I really need a 3/4 ton truck at this point in my life? No, I didnt. So thats done.

Now I found a blowed up LLY with high miles but the guy is not responding...He’s semi nitwitty with ridiculous wheel/tire combos and 9 blade turbos haha, but he’s been taking complete rust buckets and bringing them back to life. He is kind of a tool but if you look past it at the actual content, it’s not bad.
SO he has a military background. He started doing like diy fix this and that stuff. Now he is doing full builds.
but yes he puts lift kits and dumb wheels on everything...

Seriously though, I am curious if it's a rust bucket in disguise.
My 2004 just popped it's rocker panels recently. It's funny how they went from 0 to 100 so fast, but they were rusting from the inside out for some time. Amazing it took 22 years for them to finally pop through.
I have to be honest, I would love to find a 2003 or 2004 crew cab dark grey metallic LB7 federal emissions with zero rust and a blown engine and or trans or severely rear ended or something like a tree dropped on the bed.... All to keep it as cheap as possible... I want it for the rust free cab and LB7 FE VIN.

Cabs, fenders and Boxes are all over FB up here. You could probably rebuild an entire 2500HD for about $5K if you looked long enough.
But then theres the matter of paint and bodywork. A good paint job aint cheap.
