Whats up with duramaxforum? I have been with them since 2011. I posted a warning about PPE lift pumps and they BANNED me for spam!!!! If you are not a member you can not even contact them, Too many other forums admins are getting paranoid now. At least I have a choice here.

We are pretty chill here. People who create problems or call people names don't stick around long. So we are left with the better bunch. This means potentially less overall activity, but also more sane and accurate information.

Welcome! You'll find that we're pretty laid back and our members are very knowledgeable.
Like Jason said, if you do post any wrong info it'll be corrected so don't take that criticism negatively. Most members are always respectful and nice unless it becomes a constant problem.
Also our vendors here (myself included) are always willing to help.

Thats what happens when they all get bought up by companies. Pretty sure we are the last privately owned dmax forum.

Realistically, if I screwed up on your trans build and hung you out to dry you could post about it all over here and there's nothing I could do about it as long as what you're saying is accurate/truthful.

Who knows. Theres a reason i dont go to those sites.
Here its like that corner dive bar. Everyone knows everyone, new people are always welcome but just know your facts before posting information. No issue posting an opinion on the matter, just be open that its merely an opinion or you may not know the full facts.
People have called out PPE a few times on here. PPE use to be a vendor during that as well. If you legit info, not threating people a d have a civil discussion, let her rip!
That place went to the birds 15 years ago, the OG moderators, (Jmazz) for example, set the standard and it isn’t high by any measurement…
There's a reason I never joined that particular site. It had a very bad rep right from the get-go, similar to Bookface groups.

Ha! Jmazz and i still randomly talk on FB. He was always hangin out here too. I may or may not have been very childish on there one new years eve. Tony (semperfi) i think caught us finally and we got “banned”……. For the night

There's 1 or 2 threads I'm active on over on DF.. and it's just really couple dozen guys, and the original thread has long been derail, and just generally daily life BS
And few of the members are over here as well.
I don't venture much passed those threads as the stupidity gets high fast..
There's a monthly BS/bench race thread in the smoke signal section which is mainly life, and has nowhere else to be put.

I'm going to replace the injector pump but first I figured I'd replace the lift pump. Just needed something simple so I got the PPE. The parts were okay but the instructions like think we're written by the Chinese. It would have been nice to see where the starter signal is under the fuse box under the hood. The real kicker was they show a diode to separate the starter signal. I figured it would be in the relay or included with the kit. I called the company three times never got a call back. Companies have to realize that customer service is important
