2005 lly with 315k miles. EGR delete, PVC re route, efi live, Fass lift pump.

I was driving today in cold weather, about 30 degrees F. When I noticed my engine temp go all the way up to 225 and stayed around there till I got off the express way where it finally came down to about 165. I parked and I noticed I had a coolant leak coming from the drivers side of the truck. Not sure what it could be. Any input will be greatly appreciated. See photo attached. Thank you

Possibly the turbo coolant hose. Or the banjo bolts. There both right there

Turbo coolant feed line. If thats the case, the one on the passenger side under the egr cooler thats a 90* turn is probably about to go and the one just behind the fan pulley on the top of it is about to go

Got it thanks.

So it seems like a simple fix. Which one should I purchase? Will the hose be enough or should I buy the complete coolant hose kit?

Appreciate the help. I went ahead and purchased the 3/8 hose. Hopefully it solves the problem. I’m just confused because the hose has been broken for a couple months and the truck was running fine, then all of a sudden coolant started leaking through the hose. Not sure why that started. Will keep you guys posted.

Just an FYI, That PPE Kit you listed is the upper and lower radiator hose kit.

It would not give you the extra hose you ordered and needed for the Turbo feed .

Do you have the PCV hoses just open and blowing out under the hood like that all the time, or did you remove a T or something in an attempt to get a better look at the leak?

Yea it was open like that for a couple months, forgot all about it since the truck was running fine. Idk if a T was there or if it just snapped.
