We are doing same on 3.0 truck, remove blocker plate on right side top of rear engine adapter. We flow one into front of each cylinder head, one comes out on oil cooler side and other comes out near starter on passenger side.

We are doing same on 3.0 truck, remove blocker plate on right side top of rear engine adapter. We flow one into front of each cylinder head, one comes out on oil cooler side and other comes out near starter on passenger side.
Still only doing a half fill on the block (up to the freeze plugs)
On the left side, I run water into the pump and then into the coolant port where the oil cooler is on the left side and out the head to the rad.
On the right side, run water to the second pump, then to the trans adapter plate (welded a fitting there) and out the right head to the Rad.
