I work for a natural gas company,i turn people off for credit and i turn them back on and i talk to alot of people all day long and i can tell amounts owed and how long its been off and this i can tell you people are getting jobs and getting things paid down.I am also turning off alot less vacant homes (foreclosed or bank owned). I talk to the bank reps when they meet me to do a t on for prospective buyers and i talk to them about the amount of foreclosures and sales of homes and it is getting better, not by leaps and bounds but it is.

I voted for Obama because he said he would bring jobs back to America (my wifes areo space job went to signapore)That jack ass hasnt brought anything back.NAFTA has destroyed America along with to easy to get credit. This country would be alot better off if we went back a 6 shooter on your hip and no credit CASH ONLY save for it if you want it bad enough.

The amount of homes available isnt much of sign of relief.. I can tell you who is buying the homes. and its NOT homeowners, which is what is needed to justify a Depression Recovery.. its probably 50/50 right now.

They are investors and snowbirds buying. Sign of recovery? NO ..
investing for the future?? YES...

Dont like your guns and rights???? Vote for Obama again..

If he wins, I will tighten my belt asap for the next downturn and stock up more on GUNS and AMMO.

Has anybody heard of Gary Johnson? Haven't read too much about him yet, but looks to be better than the clown in office and the other guy running. Has a business mind about running things and a track record of small .gov, according to his website atleast.

As another outsider watching, one of the biggest problems I see in US politics is the enormous amount of money people are allowed to make as campaign contributions. If every politician is someones whore nothing will ever change.

Well i went and watched the movie tonight and it was actually really really good i thought. I thought it would be some cheesy type BS but it was very informative and wasnt a bunch of made up lie like Fahrenheit 9/11 was. Everthing was based of things Oslama had already said or things he wrote in his book. Basically the portrayed his book on the big screen so you didnt have to read it:thumb:

I received this in an email and thought that most of you would appreciate it like i did.

DIVORCE AGREEMENT
--WRITTEN BY YOUNG COLLEGE STUDENT--

The person that wrote this is a college student. Perhaps there is hope for us after all.

DIVORCE AGREEMENT
THIS IS SO INCREDIBLY WELL PUT AND I CAN HARDLY BELIEVE IT'S BY A YOUNG PERSON, A STUDENT!!! WHATEVER HE RUNS FOR, I'LL VOTE FOR HIM.

Dear American liberals, leftists, social progressives, socialists, Marxists and Obama supporters, et al:We have stuck together since the late 1950's for the sake of the kids, but the whole of this latest election process has made me realize that I want a divorce. I know we tolerated each other for many years for the sake of future generations, but sadly, this relationship has clearly run its course.
Our two ideological sides of America cannot and will not ever agree on what
is right for us all, so let's just end it on friendly terms. We can smile and chalk it up to irreconcilable differences and go our own way.

Here is a model separation agreement:
--Our two groups can equitably divide up the country by landmass each taking a similar portion. That will be the difficult part, but I am sure our two sides can come to a friendly agreement. After that, it should be relatively easy! Our respective representatives can effortlessly divide other assets since both sides have such distinct and disparate tastes.

--We don't like redistributive taxes so you can keep them.

--You are welcome to the liberal judges and the ACLU.

--Since you hate guns and war, we'll take our firearms, the cops, the NRA and the military.

--We'll take the nasty, smelly oil industry and you can go with wind, solar and biodiesel.

--You can keep Oprah, Michael Moore and Rosie O'Donnell. You are, however, responsible for finding a bio-diesel vehicle big enough to move all three of them.

--We'll keep capitalism, greedy corporations, pharmaceutical companies, Wal-Mart and Wall Street.

--You can have your beloved lifelong welfare dwellers, food stamps, homeless, homeboys, hippies, druggies and illegal aliens.

--We'll keep the hot Alaskan hockey moms, greedy CEO's and rednecks.

--We'll keep the Bibles and give you NBC and Hollywood

--You can make nice with Iran and Palestine and we'll retain the right to invade and hammer places that threaten us.

--You can have the peaceniks and war protesters. When our allies or our way of life are under assault, we'll help provide them security.

--We'll keep our Judeo-Christian values.

--You are welcome to Islam, Scientology, Humanism, political correctness and Shirley McClain. You can also have the U.N. but we will no longer be paying the bill.

--We'll keep the SUV's, pickup trucks and oversized luxury cars. You can take every Volt and Leaf you can find.

--You can give everyone healthcare if you can find any practicing doctors.

--We'll continue to believe healthcare is a luxury and not a right.

--We'll keep "The Battle Hymn of the Republic" and "The National Anthem."

--I'm sure you'll be happy to substitute "Imagine", "I'd Like to Teach the World to Sing", "Kum Ba Ya" or "We Are the World".

--We'll practice trickle down economics and you can continue to give trickle up poverty your best shot.

--Since it often so offends you, we'll keep our history, our name and our flag.

Would you agree to this? If so, please pass it along to other like-minded liberal and conservative patriots and if you do not agree, just hit delete. In the spirit of friendly parting, I'll bet you answer which one of us will need whose help in 15 years.

Sincerely,
John J. Wall
Law Student and an American

P.S. Also, please take Ted Turner, Sean Penn, Martin & Charlie Sheen, Barbara Streisand, & ( Hanoi ) Jane Fonda with you, and don’t forget Alec Baldwin, Miley Cyrus, Lady Gaga.

P.S.S. And you won't have to press 1 for English when you call our country.
Forward This Every Time You Get It ! Let's Keep This Going, Maybe Some Of It Will Start Sinking In.

Top 12 Reasons to Vote Democrat

Top 12 Reasons to Vote Democrat

1. I voted Democrat because I love the fact that I can now marry my German Shepherd.

2. I voted Democrat because I believe oil companies' profits of 4% on a gallon of gas are obscene, but the government taxing the same gallon of gas at 15% isn't, even though government then spends the money irresponsibly, rewarding themselves excessively.

3. I voted Democrat because I believe the government will do a better job of spending the money I earn than I would.

4. I voted Democrat because Freedom of Speech is fine as long as nobody is offended by it and I can shut down communications from anyone that disagrees with me.

5. I voted Democrat because I'm way too irresponsible to own a gun, and I know that my local police are all I need to protect me from murderers and thieves. And as long as I am too irresponsible to own a gun, no one should be allowed to own a gun

6. I voted Democrat because I believe that people who can't tell us if it will rain on Friday can tell us that the polar ice caps will melt away in ten years if I don't start driving a Prius.

7. I voted Democrat because I'm not concerned about millions of babies being aborted so long as we keep all death row inmates alive.

8. I voted Democrat because I think illegal aliens have a right to free health care, education, and Social Security benefits, and we should take away Social Security from those who paid into it.

9. I voted Democrat because I believe that businesses should not be allowed to make profits for themselves. They need to break even and give the rest to the government for redistribution as the Democrats see fit -- GSA conventions, "Fast & Furious" guns, welfare for illegal occupants in America, Obama family's vacations...

10. I voted Democrat because I believe liberal judges need to rewrite the Constitution every few days to suit fringe kooks who would never get their agendas past the voters.

11. I voted Democrat because I think that it's better to pay billions for their oil to people who hate us, but not drill our own because it might upset some endangered beetle, gopher or fish.

12. I voted Democrat because my head is so firmly planted up my ass, it's unlikely that I'll ever have another point of view

what bothers me the most is that about 50% (hope it is more like 48%) think this. Not that the other side is much better but at least you have the power split up leaving the little guy some freedom.

Pretty much how I feel
