2005 LLY -- need scanner suggestions

Hi all. I getting code P0046, I use a Fusion OBD2 scanner, it suggested Turbo vane solenoid and sensor as cause. I have pressure tested turbo inlet connections and repaired leaks. Im thinking about a bidirectional scanner but their are to many choices good and bad, what are good choices for a DIY guy?

Personally, I like the V2/V3 from EFI live

Others will have recommendations for a snap on, Autel, Tech2, etc

If you can find a good used Tech2, you really can't beat those. You won't need the CANdi module for your 05

Personally I’d go Autel only because of cost. I do not have EFI Live though

There's always the Chinese Tech 2 option. Have you looked into the OBD dongle/phone app combos out there?
