    I believe it's at the junction where the pressure relief is at. Or just disconnect the hose at the CP3 and test it there.

    Do the return rate test on one bank at a time and see if you have one side making most of the return. You can then look more closely at that side and see if you only need to replace one or so injectors instead of all eight. Another option is to send all eight out for testing and only purchase...

    I'd try resetting the TAPs first. Maybe it was trying to adapt to the lack of pressure and the TAPs reached its limits and now it's way off. It may slowly works it's way back but the 5 speeds are a slow learner. Might be a good idea to change the spin on filter too in case you got any additional...
