LML Head Gasket

So I have a 2015 LML with 350,000 miles. Pretty sure the head gasket is blown pushing coolant out. I did glove over the cool reservoir. Inflated it in 30 seconds at idle. Top coolant hose hard in the morning before cranking. So assuming it is head gasket should I replace them on an engine with this many miles? Should I look for a reman engine? If I replace the engine what should I do to it before install? To be sure I should swap out for a CP3 fuel pump. Advice appreciated.

Those are classic signs of head gaskets. Do you plan on working on it yourself? Piston cracks are common especially if the truck has been tuned. Lots of head gaskets jobs turn into engine rebuilds after the heads come off.

Pull the heads and take a look before deciding on a used engine or not.

Whatever use do, don't use the gold head gaskets

A CP3 conversation might be a good idea either way you go

Also, when doing the HG job, it never hurts to do a water pump/thermostats and glow plugs.
