    Not a legimate hack and i wouldnt recomend it but ive seen a few trucks hr meters get reset to zero when the oil dipstick is removed and accidentally hits the positive battery terminal and the ac line close by to it. My truck is one of them.

    Trans mount - MikeL/Evan preferred?

    Thats correct, youll probably break the case running a stiffer/harder trans mount than motor mounts. Run poly motor mounts and a poly trans mount is fine, poly motor mounts with a stock rubber trans mount is fine also.

    Its been 50k since ive pulled the cooling stack apart and cleaned it out. I will take a good look at it again. Havent checked rail pressure but i will do that. Im sure if that was the case i would have gotten a check engine light on the way home due to how hard it was working.

    Running a set of banks mechanical gauges, boost and egt. 55 psi front and rear right now. Usaully run 55 up front and 45/50 in the rears unloaded to get even wear.

    Why are you running so much electric stuff like the water pump and all of the fans? Could you run a regular water pump and fan to get arid of some of the load? Might try to fit a dmax alternator in there, they are 140 amp if i remember correctly and it fit fine just needed a 1" longer belt on...
