    Wouldn’t mind a 4” just don’t see spending quite a bit more coin for another inch of height. Seems like kits go from the $700 I’m looking at to the price of a 6” lift for another inch of lift.

    New 'vibration'

    Had the same feeling in my truck, ended up being the balancer on the rear pinion yoke. Ran it with the truck in the air and could literally watch the wobble in the balancer.

    Ok then, so stick with factory mounts, got it. Anything else that could help this issue if it's only gonna help a little? Running 20x12's on thin tires doesn't help the riding situation along with 160,000 mile factory shocks.

    Might wanna check battery connections as well. Definitely something goofy goin on there, but weird things happen with weak batteries and bad grounds.

    C7 will run a little better but have way more pump and injector issues. So much that cat created a pump and 6 injectors kit for the c7. Replace one injector one week and one the next week so on and so on. 3126's did have some ring breakage issues back in the day but those should be all gone by...

    High balance rates new injector

    I would imagine you have a good scanner on stand by, can you perform a cylinder cut out test to try and isolate the smoking injector? Have found many bad injectors this way. I always check balance rates and turn each cylinder off one by one and watch the smoke.

    For cleaning the intercooler and pipes you can fill with hot water and degreaser Should take care of it. If not, you could send it out to a radiator shop.

    LB7: did something stupid. again!!! need help please

    Did the exact same thing once, check your mega fuse, I blew that and a couple weeks later I had a glow plug relay stay in the on position killing my batteries. Guessing the voltage spike trashed the relay as well.
