    i think it was odd_planes that had the new injectors back when they did the improved injectors(current replacements) once he started writing about it, gm, isuzu and bosch pulled parts out of his truck. if bosch can't get engine/industrial parts thru customs, then we have bigger problems.

    looks like the probe should measure in Mv from 0 to 40 or 75+- (from type k probe off internet, not autometer's), should be constant rise as heated up. did you take apart and clean grounds or just wiggle test. i clean and apply antiseize to help conduction.

    Hot fuel kills my truck.

    does the 4500/5500 have the same fuel bucket setup, 1/4 fuel tank sucking air issues. is the camper allows in the bed, if so maybe fab cool air ducting to a fuel cooler. cooling fuel "might" improve mpg, might also consider lift pump. hot fuel and pumping air is probably taking toll on CP3.

    Best Method for Coolant Flush/Fill ?

    i would use distilled water with new coolant, water treatment chemicals can screw up antifreeze properties. i have used shop vac to put suction on tank prior to removing hose or plug. use rope, bunge or kid to hold in filler opening.
