James, in your experience,would you say the NAPA version is better? Are they less likely to have the defective boots?
That really is a shame. The Dorman parts are so bad I have often wondered how they make any money. The only thing I can think is that they are buying it so low and selling it so high that its still profitable.Well sadly, napa ncp part line has now been replaced by ncd which is all dorman made. Ive seen early failures from all these different part mfg’s accept krytonite. Not saying they dont have them but their failure rate is far less than any of the store bought stuff now. Fuckin sucks ass.
The amount of new part or 1-6 month old part failure at a shop these days is through the damn roof. I buy so much oe stuff to try to help stop that but even then, we still have issues.

Honestly I've had no issues out of Kryptonite. They're the "go to" option at my shop.So what's the recommendation on this? Buy another TTX from a Brick and Mortar, or OEM or? TNX!
