    Cylinders 4 and 6 cannot disperse heat as quick as the rest of the truck with the stock manifolds. You telling me that has no effect on the way those injectors perform?     Sofa king are you still on stock exhaust manifolds? If so putting on some profab or PPE manifolds might help to extend injector life as well the stock driver side manifold is poorly designed, replacing those will help the truck with EGTs and make everything much happier in long run!     Hit up Duramaxnate he wound up with my old stock lb7 ported horn from DHD, I'm sure he would sell it for a good price, I payed 75$ for it from DHD(Dirty Hooker Diesel).

    They are mandrel bent, there is no visible welds anywhere. Here is a pic of the drivers side which is the greatest gain, the passenger side is the same as OEM just nice and shiny.

    Yup 10$ blocker plate from dirty hooker diesel or another website, yank the vacuum pump and delete the EGR codes via EFI and it will be a much happier truck!
