    Yeah I have checked. I do know that I have a small leak somewhere with PS fluid...but I dont know how the humming happens even when the PS fluid is full. It's literally just whenever I drive on the highway for a long time and decelerate on the exit ramp

    I will try a flush first, but with 260k miles, im sure a new pump is due I guess I just dont understand how the pump makes the droning noise? I get no noise when im steering like you typically hear with low ps fluid issues

    Yeah the fluid level is good. That's why i was confused because my PS fluid has been consistently full or level for months. Its probably time for a new pump any way
