Can you show me bigger picture of the broken part? Alot of parts are no longer available. How ever I may have some spare parts or I can try and locate some for you. In California we have good selection of rust free cars to get spare parts and bolts from.

1FastBrick it seems for me that it was complete from windshield to cabfloor mount on the firewall until the cab floor. If you touch it than it fall in pieces. I could not got it out without damage. And on the top at the windscreen sane material and same problem fall apart if you touch it.

I guess if i take the dashskeleton out will the rest fall down.

It was floormetal, sound-deadening compound, Insulationmaterial, this rubber/plastic what fall in pieces on the "walls" and a rubbermatte instead of carpet on the floor.

Thanks for the offer 1FastBrick. This looks similar to that what fall apart in our truck.
If this is also an 2006 the problem will be the same about the time it sit in there. It will on the shipment maybe fall apart too if you got it out in one piece.... I am also not sure if it is in one piece from the top of the windscreen border about the firewall to the floor in the truck. For me it seems so.
When we have the dashskeleton out will it be visible.
I guess also this is not longer new available. And as it is covered everywhere is the best way to choose an universal sound deadener and insulation.
Fortunately the top rubber matte come out without any damage.
The Chevy have a similar rubber matte and over time it was destroyed. Alone the shipment costs more than the part itself. But it is still new available as aftermarket product.

This one feels Pliable. I was un-sure how it can be shipped. I think it would require a flat crate so it can sit flat in shipment. Possibly more trouble than it worth.

In the USA we have DEI Design Engineering Inc that offers a product for similar situation.

Ours seems also pliable but broke in the moment where movement was necessary.

About DEI:
We have something similar here. You can choose a huge wide on different materials.
So i think we will find there a product which fit in.

We are really happy that all upper plastic covers come out without cracks.

First 1FastBrick the labels are similar and in perfect quality. Worth the money as it spare a lot of time of taping for paint. Of the angle by taking picture seems they be different but it isn't so.

I see only very tiny difference but looks very accurate otherwise! If I did not see them next to each other, I would not know the difference.

Now I want to get Copy for my trucks! One has some damage from when they repaint the outer door. They must have spilled solvent on it. But Still intact.

On my Diesel, They wiped the owner manual with some detail chemical on the leather book and it damaged the one in the glove box. The dealer said they can make a new one but it wont match the original because they no longer make it on the white background.

Had not much time this weekend but i wanted the cab empty for bodywork and paint.
A 7/32? Good that i also have a passion for RC Modelling and have a lot of tools. A 5.5 mm done the same job.
Idea was to remove first the heater before pulling the complete Box.

The heater have a kinked tube. Not happened us. That made it difficult to pull it out. The access is so timeconsuming that we already decide to go with a new one.

Now the plastic cover is visible which fall apart just by touching it. It's like expected between firewall and dashskeleton.

Bought yesterday the metal for the bed-undercarriage and rocksliders for both trucks.
This weekend we have a heatwave of around 100 Fahrenheit. No need for us to work under this exhausting condition.

We choose a simple design. Most timeconsuming are building the bracket to the frame.

Munich is in bayern. I am more than 800 km away in north west.

Living in Northrhine Westfalia. Located in the middle of the city triangle from Muenster, Hamm, Dortmund in an area called Muensterland. City have just only around 25000 residents.

We have actually just the forecasted 100 F.

We are not adapted on such heat. All are suffering a lot.

We will check again our drafthorses and the minishetlands. They are suffering more than we. They have shadow and a good open stable where they can stay but we can't minimize temperature. Also in the night not less than 77 F. No ease of heat for them. They just wait in minimal movement and sweating that it gone. They forecasted a thunderstorm and a temp drop this evening.

There's a German name I recognize: Westfalia. Most of the people I delivered to in Westphalia, MI can trace their families back to that area of Germany.

Hopefully these storms cool things down. Suppose to from what my weather app says but who knows. Hopefully all the animals make it through.

We will be right by you in a few days. We are staying in Dusseldorf/Cologne for a couple days at the end of the week.
