Zone or what lift

So, tires have been howling like hell and cupped weird after 4500 miles.

Jacked up the truck when I got to the rig and my 7,500 mile Uca has a junk ball joint again, pitman arm is SHOT, idler isn't far behind and wheel bearing is a little loose.

Going with rare parts pitman and idler, SKF hub again like the pass side and new GM UCA, leaving stock uca's on since I'm lifting the truck.

So, I'm putting a lift on to get the front end level for better ride and obviously to save on parts.

My question is I'm wanting a lift that will get my angles flat and not raise the truck more than 3" overall above what it is now. Will a Zone lift lowered accomplish this or what lift will?

Have zone leveling kits on both of my trucks and they are great if u just want to raise the front u only need keys if u buy the kit u will get a block for the rear and it will make the back sit up a little high both of mine are that way i like the look of it the dually is a 2007 and the other is 2003

Yeah mines leveled, I've always had leveled trucks, I'm tired of the ride and buying parts.

Cognito 4-6, you can leave the back stock and the front level with perfect angles...but I think you could accomplish that with a few different lifts..all about preference and price I guess

So what's the difference in the RCX and tuff country from zone? One thing I know nothing about are lifts as far as what works and height differences.

All I know is I'd prefer a spindle lift and would like to keep the cab hieght no more than 3-4" from where it is now but get that diff and angles dropped.

Never had any issues with mine

For a strictly highway truck you normally won't, but my truck is on rig roads, I live in the country and West Virginia and pa roads are horrible now.

Plus my truck weighs 9k generally and has 35's compared to a 285 or 305 most run on a leveled truck so my front end gets more stress causing extremely premature wear on parts.

I didn't have an issue for the last few years until I moved to the country and our rig has been drilling in more rural areas with rougher roads.

I believe the zone only makes a 6 for an lmm. Where the tuff country makes a 4" so it's a true 4" and cv's stay flat. Pretty sure Tony Burkhard runs the 4" tuff country on all the dirty hooked trucks. If they take his abuse they're good enough for me..

The zone will work great, on my lly i did zones 6" kit but ran it lowered. Used three inch blocks in the rear and flat cv's and tie rods matched perfectly level. Boosted launches, sled pulling and everything and it held up great.

Hard to tell in the pic but that zone may be too high for what I need.

Problem is my garage is big as hell but low, I only have 4-5" of clearance from the top of the cab to my door frame, and I'd like to still get the truck in the garage, I could lower the truck but then I'll be stuck easier and have to ditch the bumper so it doesn't look retarded.

Also I'm running 17x9 -12 offset wheels and I don't want to go wide track if I can help it

I've got better pics, but it's always a 50/50 chance they go through. Pics on here always seem to fail for me every time I try to upload.

I thought about that Adam but I keep busting ball joints about every 5-8k miles, so 700 for for the drop kit, plus I need new shocks, and then 450 for uca's, I'll be ahead to just buy the cognito lift which has the pitman/idler braces and the shocks I wanted to get anyhow, then I can replace my stock uca's under warranty one last time and be done, minus buying rare parts pitman and idler.

Gonna put new brakes on too and a driver side hub assy so that should cover my 100k mile refresh and last me another 3 years hopefully, as long as those asshole Pistons hold up.
