I am having new tires installed on my truck . The wheels I have need some refinishing and wonder what years of wheels will work. I am looking for newer style wheels and just want to bolt on .My wheels are 16 inch and would like to keep a factory look and what about my lug nuts

What year truck? GM up until 2011 was 8×6.5 pattern as well as Dodge, then GM changed to 8x180. Dodge / RAM is still 8x6.5 I think

Different hub diameter from GM and Dodge. Would need to use hub centric adapters to use dodge on GM. To go the other way would require boring out the hub hole in the rim

I have a 2002 and wondered if a newer chev wheel would work
You need to answer the first question of "what year wheels are you looking to use"?

2003 wheels are off of a new vehicle than yours so you need to be specific since the bolt pattern changed in 2011. There are aftermarket direct bolt on 2011+ style but 8x6.5 bolt pattern but they aren't cheap.
