I signed up at DP back in 06 and do recall reading a lot from some of the members mentioned but I was just a young horny lad back then and new nothing about this stuff. All I remember is tomac damico Kyle and buck....

I remember meeting Eric at the first 2.6 outlaw race in FL. We were at Jeffs and Matts trailers BSing and Eric wanted to trade me my ATS cooze for a merchant one. I told him something like when steve cole farts he blows cum bubbles and he freakin lost it lol. he ended up given me the cooze :thumb: Needless to say we had a good time!

I am new to this site and don't actually own a diesel pickup. But I have many questions for all of those that own diesels. I grew up a Chevy kid entire life and just recently bought a 98 gmc Yukon. It currently has a 5.7 v8 in it and I'm looking at what it takes/costs to put a duramax into it? Any knowledge and help is greatly appreciated

It takes alot of time, patience and money.
Check out the Hard Parts section and go into the Repower/Transplant section. Lots of good info in there for you.

Time and money, you'd be way ahead to sell what you have and buy what you want.
