Wastegate Flapper

The stock turbo on my 2004 GMC 3500 duramax waste gate flap broke and I need a new one. Anyone have any idea where to get one? Dealer wants me to spend 1500 on a whole new turbo. I'm not interested in upgrading to a performance wastegate or anything...just need the stock flap.
This is verified because I have the turbo out currently and I know the wastegate is broke in half...

There are always folk selling good used LB7 chargers when upgrading turbos. That is perhaps the best route. Look in Garage Sale here, or Ebay.

I'd be surprised if you could buy IHI parts for GM chargers individually. Normally they aren't sold that way.
