For some reason I'm doubting you picked up 537hp just off n2o!

Doubt all you want... .Four .120 jets sprayed directly into the intake manifold through some spray bars worked pretty well

2001+ rods are the junk ones.. 99 and early 2000 are still good. I know several good running 7.3s that make common rail guys cry, they LOVE nitrous as well.
Yea I had a 1999.5 model with forged rods and a loaded motor,238/100 swamps hybrid injectors, big turbo with some DP tunning that made alot of chevy/dodge guys cry.
But for the most part when talking big power or real fast, it was like taking a super nice samurai sword to a gun fight.

Injectors on those are measured by CC's I.e. 175/146 would be a single shot first step up over stock injectors for that year... Gt38r is not a 88mm... It sounds like someone does not know what this thing is???... And everyone is correct on 01-03 7.3 rods being junk.. They are pmr's good to about 550 pretty safely.. Have seen them pushed a little harder. You'd have him easily by the sounds of this though. Stock fuel and your kinda air would make 625 fairly easy on max effort tunning.

This is me with Danville 68mm turbo, built trans, lift pump stock cp3 stock injectors vs a built 7.3. He said he was around 650 hp. I didn't launch hard and cracked my piston half way down the track. The quickest he ever ran was a 8.17 in te 1/8th. He is now doing more to his truck has the motor out. Bigger sticks and idk what else. I'll find out after I race him. Lol. Oh ya quickest I ever ran was a 8.15 on fuel I think he was spraying very time. http://youtu.be/hq4mZz8p0es
