Call out to anyone who's got some free time and would like to help out on killer build.

I could sure use a hand wrapping up all these small projects like fueling, electrical, and welding up the exhaust pipes. Pays shitty, but I do supply food, booze, and strippers...

Ok I'll move..
So where to?

Trying my best to make an event first week of June, but to many man hours left for one person. All the help I have today requires close supervision. Which means nothing much happens when I gotta run after parts and such.

Come on out to Boise. I just have to wrap up this LS harness standalone mod and I'll gladly help you with your engines. Should be done in another hour or so, so get cracking! :p

Moved the boat to a bigger shop today. In town, close to a buddies speed shop, my hydraulics guy, and fastenal. So that should speed up the process a bit.

Also doing up the exhaust pipes this week. I was shooting for a couple $100 hood stacks, but the owner wouldn't bite. After watching Mark's fire walking expo last weekend, he now gets why all the exhaust is jacketed and that throttle blade goes post turbo..

Here is what I got done for pipes so far.

Your trending in Australia I hear.. :)

He has a new respect for big hp, small qube diesels for certain. I told him they demand respect, and ya really don't wanta be strapped to one that's pissed off and won't die.

Nothing is 100% failsafe, but a throttle blade at the intake beats a knife in those catastrophic situations. I'm ordering two Co2 systems for the engine bay this week also.

She will have 2 big red buttons buttons on the dash. Oh Sh!t and Oh F...

We had one yellow and one red at the tech center. Yellow was "hey there's a leak, should probably stop this thing". Red was the emergency "there's a fire" shutdown.

Could always have a yellow button kill the power and shut the throttle, red hooked to the co2

I was thinking little red and BIG RED.

The blades will be wired in on the kill swich lanyards too, along with ecm power. Still need to devise a failsafe release trigger on the TB. Leading contender is latching pull solenoids. But if you cut the power cord, single point of failure.

The fuel pumps are set to be PTR powered, and oil pressure safety on the ground side. Basically everything I wanted to put on the PPE boat but never got around to it. Since the old dry chemical automatic fire system was expired, I'm gonna sink that engine compartment in Co2 just cause we can. What's another 200lbs on 12000
