I put the stock turbo back on and bought another truck to play with. Problem solved. I have the last one that went bad at home, I'll post pictures later.

Turbo Fixed!
I removed, rebuilt, and re installed the turbo the past 2 days.
Thrust Bearing Shot on old one.
Ordered New Wheel from XsBoost Turbochargers.
Called them after getting wheel yesterday to get Torque number for Nut that holds this together.
S365 Turbo, Torque nut to 20.3NM, 15Ftlbs, 179.6Inlbs...
These guys were very helpful in answering any questions I had on this unit as to why it would fail at 18 months.
S300 center sections are NOT built to last at any pressure above 35PSI!!!
Internals are not large enough to handle the stresses when building that much boost and my setup will build 40-45 psi on level 5.
Also because of restrictions in the T3 housing exhaust temps will be much higher and also shorten the life of this turbo.
He suggested that I tune down, yea right, :roflmao:,or move up to a T4 S400 series turbo that will last a lot longer.
For now I am running this setup on level 1, makes 30-35psi, should last longer plus I installed a upgraded kit with a 360 deg thrust bearing.
Well on the test drive I did not even get 200' down the road and heard a LOUD BOOM! lost all boost. pulled over to look under hood, 1st thing I noticed was under hood insulation was now ripped and hanging from hood, pulled that shyt off and saw hose from intercooler off at intake pipe. I loosened clamp during tear down but did not need to remove this hose to get turbo out. lucky I had tools in truck, put hose back on, Tighten hose clamp!!!
Truck runs very good and seems to make boost quicker than when new.
The replacement wheel I bought is a Billet wheel and is supposed to be better that original one.
Thanks to any and all help, Hope to not have to do this for many years.
