turbo coolent drain

i cant remeber where it goes since ive deleted my egr and am putting the motor back together.. does the drain go from the turbo to the water neck right behind the fan pulley? thanks its for an LB7

I found the tube that goes to this morning I got it take stuff off to put the tube back on.
