EFILive Tuning for idle?????

I was stuck in traffic the other day and I noticed that my pw was jumping all over the place from 650 to1000 and it park from 450 to 600. I am getting ready to start to tuning my truck for a mpg tune and fingered this would be as any place to start.
This was in drive with my foot on the brake

Who's injectors?

Probably be wise to log rail pressure while its doing this. If pw is jumping around that much my guess is rail pressure is not holding steady. Tune that first.

My rail pressure is staying within a 10th of what it should be. The injector are just 30 over tips

First thing I would do is some actual logs of what it is actually doing with EFILIVE. Whos injectors are they? If II then tuning can be fun to say the least. Make sure and do a log of rail pressure, main injection flow rate 2, and I would include the balance rates in it.

The injector are Bosch stock bodys with 30 over tips, but not sure whos. Question if your MIFR is stable, does your MIC us matter?

Just put coolant in and it never fixed it, your no help.
