10,000 mile update. The car runs great. Everything works as it should.

Avg mileage is about 3mpg less than the old '17 I had (23 vs 26), so I do think the tuning is different in this car. Not complaining at all, just an observation. It still can hit 30+mpg on the highway. Can definitely tell the difference in drivability and response when in GS mode.

Thats the "sportsback" Regal station wagon. I think they're ok. Interior/dash reminds me of the mid-size Buicks from the early 2000s. I believe those years still run the LTG 2.0, which is good.

So, to right the foolish mistake I made when I sold the silver car, I bought this '17 a couple months ago. Fully loaded except for the 20s, so I had a shop refurbish the wheels from the '14. :)
...and no, the Colorado hasnt sold yet.

Yup, same LTG as the '14. I hit the gas in this thing in GS mode, the turbo spools and watch the f out. 74000 miles...its still a "new" car.

I honestly f-d up selling the '14, but I got a report from the young man's Dad (he was a coworker) a few weeks ago that his son absolutely loves that car.
I cant argue about that. (y)

The LTG isn't a horrible engine for a 4 banger. My wife has a '15 Malibu with it. But the newer version in the Cadillacs I've driven with it SUCKS. Gutless, noisy, vibrate like crazy and sound like they're going to rapidly disassemble themselves if you lay into them.

Wheel Exchange in Greenville. Stripped, repaired curb rash and coated with their "PVD Chrome" for $742 with 3 yr warranty. Straightening was extra.
The finish is a lot brighter than polished/cleared. I couldnt buy those wheels new for anywhere close to that.

Ive seen some sets of refinished PY0s on FB.
