I don't know if you're aware but the LB7 doesn't have a harness, or electric fans for that matter. Just a mechanical viscous clutch

Is yours modified?

Do you tow or haul anything? Electric fans move a fraction of the air the stock one does. Once on electric you will be limiting what the truck can do

If you are ok with limiting the trucks capacity, flex a lite and max flow make a kit that would have the harness and components needed to install it

I'm wanting to install electric fans on my truck and get rid of the clutch fan. I have been looking at fans and also wondering if a gasser electric fans work with my diesel as far as pulling enough CFM's to keep the truck cool. Can someone give me some help on this?

Personally I would not run electric fans on something that tows heavy. The mechanical fan moves significantly more air and is a very robust/proven setup over the last 2 decades.
