p0238 code

hello i have a p0238 code and 38psi boost on idle, 4.9v and doesn't change at all. changed turbo solenoid and bora sensor and nothing changed.

Unplug sensor and reset code. Of same code then short in wiring

Yes did that already same thing and showing -40 degrees f on intake air temperature sensor too

Intake temperature sensor is on the MAF sensor. Sounds like you have a wiring issue or shorted sensor
